Technical production for the whole conference with broadcast quality: every room with its own cameras, production and operator.
enbex audiovisual services for conferences cover the technical production of the plenary and the breakout rooms. They include the sound, the screens, the broadcast cameras, 4K multi-camera production, recording of the sessions and the feed for the remote audience. We design, install and operate it with our own technicians and, if needed, we add the conference network. We work as the technical team of the conference secretariat, the agency or the institution that organises it.
Audiovisual production for large conferences works like a live TV show: several feeds at once, no second take and a backup at the critical points. These three projects show how.
At INCIBE's events, enbex produced the multi-camera coverage of the plenary and the secondary rooms at the same time; over the years, that production moved to 4K. Each room had its own cameras, production desk and operator. Every session was recorded for INCIBE's channels, and in some editions ENISE exceeded 2,000 streaming connections. The details are in the INCIBE case study.
On 7 June 2026, enbex carried the video and audio of the Cibeles mass to screens and sound located between 300 m and 2 km away. Everything travelled over a single IP network with SMPTE ST 2110 and PTP sync. Every signal had two paths and every service its own rack with batteries. The same architecture can distribute a plenary's picture to several rooms or across a large venue. The details are in the Papal Visit case study.
At the Stade de France, the mobile unit operated by enbex had ten cameras with broadcast lenses, a vision mixer, video processors and fibre converters with backup. The signal went out over encrypted SRT, with a backup encoder, to TNT and broadcasters in Brazil and Mexico: more than 35 million viewers. The details are in the Champions League final case study.
A large conference is several productions at once, and each one has its own technical needs. We design each one separately and operate them as a single system:
4K multi-camera production, LED screens so that the back of the room can see the speaker, sound and graphics.
Every room with its own cameras, production desk and operator, as at ENISE, and the recording of every session.
The programme feed of every room that is streamed, ready for the remote audience. The streaming is part of our conference streaming.
Recording of every session to publish afterwards and, if there are TV broadcasters, delivery of the programme feed over encrypted SRT, as we did for TNT at the Champions League final.
Depending on the programme, we install all or part of this equipment, with our own technicians in every room:
Cameras with broadcast lenses and 4K multi-camera production, with one control position per room.
Vision mixers, video processors and graphics.
Signal transport over fibre, with backup converters, for the most distant cameras and screens.
Audio and video over IP with SMPTE ST 2110 and PTP sync (IEEE 1588) when the signal travels across the whole venue.
H.264 or HEVC encoders with the SRT protocol to deliver the programme feed.
Room sound and LED screens, depending on the size of the room and the distance to the audience.
Recording of every session in 4K, ready to publish after the conference.
In large set-ups, one rack per service with duplicated electronics and batteries, as at Cibeles, and a NOC (network operations centre) that monitors the network in real time.
Internet and WiFi for Conferences, with the network installed by the same team.
We visit the venue and review the programme: rooms, timetables, remote speakers and what is streamed or recorded.
We design the production of every room (cameras, sound, screens, signal and streaming) with its written contingency plan.
We prepare and test all the equipment at our warehouses in Madrid before taking it to the venue.
We install and test cameras, sound, screens and signal at the venue before the doors open.
We operate every room with its technicians and, in large set-ups, monitor the network from the NOC.
We deliver the recordings of the sessions.
When it is over, we dismantle and pack everything.
enbex has been delivering the technical side of events for more than 15 years across Spain and abroad, such as the Champions League final in Paris. Audio, video, streaming and networking can come from the same team, as in Paris, and then the whole technical side has a single point of contact. Enrique Romero, co-founder of enbex, has been designing and operating event networks and broadcast production since 2009. Our technicians hold certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Enterprise with an SD-WAN specialisation and CWNA. The company is certified under the Spanish National Security Scheme (ENS), with the broadcast and streaming services in scope, and under ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001. It is all part of our audiovisual services for events.
Our audiovisual services for conferences include the technical production of the plenary and the breakout rooms: cameras with broadcast lenses, 4K multi-camera production, sound, screens, recording of the sessions and the feed for the remote audience. If the conference needs it, we add the network, the internet and the live stream. That way you have a single point of contact for all the technical side.
Yes. It is the norm for large conferences. At ENISE, by INCIBE, we produced the plenary, the round tables in the secondary rooms, the workshops and the speakers' corners in the exhibition area at the same time. Each room had its own cameras, production desk and technical operator, and every session was recorded to be published afterwards.
We produce the programme feed of every room that is streamed, ready to broadcast. At ENISE, the stream exceeded 2,000 connections in some editions. The encoding, the platforms and the quality profiles are part of our conference streaming.
That is prepared before the doors open, because live there is no room to fix things. Depending on the conference, the encoders and fibre converters have their backup and the critical signals travel over two paths, as at the Champions League final and at Cibeles. At INCIBE's events, before opening, the loss of an internet line and a switch failure were simulated to check that the backup responded.
Yes. INCIBE's events are awarded through public procurement, with a technical and economic evaluation in each edition, and enbex delivered their network and audiovisual production from 2018 to 2025. We are certified under the Spanish National Security Scheme (ENS), with the broadcast and streaming services in scope, and under ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001. In public procurement, these certifications are often an award criterion.
No. We deliver the audiovisual services as the technical team of whoever organises the conference: the conference secretariat, the agency or the institution. The programme, the speakers, accreditation and communication are theirs; we design, install and operate everything that makes the conference seen, heard and streamed.
Write to us with the dates, the venue, how many rooms there will be, how many attendees you expect, whether there is a remote audience and whether the sessions are recorded. We will tell you what production we would set up and how we would back it up. Request a quote for audiovisual services for conferences using the form or via contact enbex.
