We entered the ALFA AIP-W610H to configure it as a universal repeater:
We access the following address via a web browser:

Wireless Security:

Next, we will configure the security settings for the wireless network we want to replicate, adding the encryption type it uses, such as WEP, WPA2, or WPA-PSK
conf-red5
Once the security settings are configured, we’ll move on to selecting the network. Select “Site Survey” to scan for wireless networks. Once you’ve located the network you want to connect to, select it and click “Connect.”.

Important:

The signal level must be above 55; otherwise, you will experience intermittent connectivity, and both the browsing experience and the loading of web content will be very poor.

If the data has been entered correctly, a message «connection successful» will appear.»

Next, we will configure the TCP/IP protocols. Select TCP/IP settings, then LAN Interface.

We will assign our repeater a different address pool than the main access point, in this case:

The main access point has the address: 192.168.1.1; it is a router with wireless functionality.
The Alfa W610 repeater: 192.168.2.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1, the address of your main router
DHCP: Disabled, only if your router has DHCP enabled (it usually has it activated)
